How to convert MOV to FLV?

As we know, MOV is an audio and video format developed by Apple, which is used to save common digital multimedia files. When we choose QuickTime as the save type, then the animations will be saved as .mov file. Thus, if we use QuickTime to make our own films, the films will be saved as MOV file. Unfortunately, Many websites cannot support MOV, hence we need to convert MOV to FLV if we want to upload the film to the internet.

Step 1: download a video converter and install it.

Step 2: import MOV video.
Just open the program and import the MOV video. Click the add icon to import the video or just drag the video to the program.
